Cymnet Announcements - all years
Cpanel update - Buckley and Chad (Completed)
We will be upgrading Buckley and Chad to the latest version of cPanel on Friday 8th September 2017 between 8.00am - 9.00am.
This will necessitate updating Email and MySQL services on both servers, which will result in brief periods (hopefully less than 1 min) of downtime for each while this work is done.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this work.

Server kernel updates - Buckley and Chad (Completed)
We will be updating the server kernel on Buckley and Chad on Saturday 9th September 2017 between midnight and 1.00am.
This will be followed by a reboot which is likely to result in less than two minutes downtime.

Server Memory Upgrades - Buckley and Chad (Completed)
We will be upgrading the physical memory on Buckley and Chad between 1.00am and 4.0am on Sunday 23rd July 2017.
All necessary precautions will be taken to minimize disruption during this maintenance window, and downtime will hopefully be limited to around 20 mins per server.
Once completed, this work should improve service uptime and stability.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this work.

Update 1 (9.57am) The server had become unresponsive due to high load.

Update 2 (9.58am) The server has been successfully rebooted and is now back online.
