Cymnet Announcements - 2017
Cpanel update - Buckley and Chapman (Completed)
We will be updating cPanel on Buckley and Chapman on Friday 6th October 2017 between 7.00am - 8.00am to ensure the continued service and security of this server.
This update will result in a short interruption to Email and MySQL services of around 5mins.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this update.

Offnetwork Support Site (Completed)
Our new offnetwork support site (cymnet-support.co.uk) is now live. This website is hosted at a facility in the north of England, and is therefore geographically isolated from our main UK servers and network at the Gyron datacentre in Hemel Hempstead.
This should ensure that in the unlikely event of a major outage at the Gyron datacentre, we are still able to keep clients fully informed of the action being taken to restore a full service as quickly as possible via an improved announcements system hosted on this website.

Cpanel update - Buckley and Chad (Completed)
We will be upgrading Buckley and Chad to the latest version of cPanel on Friday 8th September 2017 between 8.00am - 9.00am.
This will necessitate updating Email and MySQL services on both servers, which will result in brief periods (hopefully less than 1 min) of downtime for each while this work is done.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this work.

Server kernel updates - Buckley and Chad (Completed)
We will be updating the server kernel on Buckley and Chad on Saturday 9th September 2017 between midnight and 1.00am.
This will be followed by a reboot which is likely to result in less than two minutes downtime.
